What is a cell phone power cycle?
Well I went to Sprint and told them my cell phone somtimes turns its self off then on they told me thats a power cycle what is a power cycle ment to do? for my phone?
A power cycle usually is just that. You turn your phone off then on and it resets the phone. However, it sounds like your is doing it on its own and the place you went to didn't feel like dealing with it. Try calling customer service and letting them know. They may be able to reset your phone through the computer. Also, try opening up the battery door and look behind the battery. Is there any pink or red spots, if so you could have liquid damage.
