Can Intel Atom processor handle Windows Vista?

I am thinking of buying An 19" all in one wide screen desktop running an Intel Atom processor with 1GB of rom and 150GB hard drive. I want to know is this a good investment. I use a lot of photo and video editing software, a lot of online surfing, and music production.

Yes it can handle Vista, but it'll eat up like 15-20% of RAM.

I wouldn't purchase a desktop with 1GB RAM. Especially if you want to do music, video and photo editing, 1GB won't handle things.
