XBOX 360 live connection to time warner cable issue?

Recently I switch from DSL to time warner cable ,PC it has Internet connection ,but xbox 360 does not connecting .I try configuring connection at Automatic network setting configuration but nothing and connection failed .I checked Ethernet wire it work .Notice that my main Modem is ARRIS modem telephonery touchstone and PC modem is cisco 2100 cable modem .Do any body has any solution for this problem?

I'll elaborate on what Travis said. On any high speed cable connection you are trying to pipe as much speed into a single place as possible. If you are breaking up the connection to two modems, then you are drastically cutting your bandwidth. If your xbox is directly connected to the modem, and the modem goes straight into the cable jack, then you should see some connection. If you are also running the computer on a separate modem, then your computer is draining the speed from the xbox, causing it to lose connection. If you get a router, and hook up your computer and xbox to it, then they should come to life.
